Customer Support – One Point of Contact

Quality and professional service and support are some of the key values in Mita-Teknik. Fast and competent Customer Support is crucial for optimal operation and reliability, in order for our customers to get the maximum output of their investment.

 

As a part of our Customer Partnering concept we provide our customers with professional and competent Customer Support. With Product Experts ready to assist you, you are guaranteed fast and professional support in all types of issues related to Mita-Teknik products and system solutions. We offer complete support for technical issues and technical support. This applies to hardware, software and SCADA. Regardless of which Mita-Teknik product the issue concerns, our Customer Support Department immediately take actions to assist you. 


Customer Partnering
Customer Support can be reached by telephone or e-mail. Immediately after customer approach, you will receive a confirmation. In cases of minor technical errors and discrepancies, we normally support our customers within 2 days. If it concerns technical support, the project is typically finished within 1 month. Technical support relates to cases where the customer experiences issues in the daily operation, which they would like to have altered or modified. In these matters, Mita-Teknik and our customers, in cooperation, plan how we can solve the issue in the best possible way.

Each issue is analyzed and estimated individually. If the issue is estimated as a critical event, this will get our highest priority. Even if the issue regards communication with a 3. party, we ensure that your wind turbine is running again as fast as possible. We strive to use the experience from our Customer Support to develop and improve our products, technical documentation ect. in order to continuously offer high-quality solutions for our customers. 

The efficiency of our Customer Support is founded in the expertise and know-how; our dedicated Product Experts are ready to assist you step-by-step to provide our customers with the best possible experience. With fast support when you need it, we are partnering with our customers from first sales meeting to after-sales-service and support.

Entrepreneur of the Year 2010 – National Winner

 

Thursday evening, Mita-Teknik won the prestigious Ernst & Young national award, Entrepreneur of the Year 2010. Besides the title as Entrepreneur of the Year 2010, Mita-Teknik was also the winner of the category Globalization, as the best Danish growth company on the export markets.

Mita-Teknik part of Pilot Plant

 

The world’s first combined wave and wind power plant is currently being tested in Denmark. The floating power plant consists of a wave module and three wind turbines. These Gaia-Wind 133-11kW small wind turbines are equipped with Control- and Communication Systems from Mita-Teknik.
